17-24-30 are launching our new range of promotional materials to help publicise our new status as a small charity.
Our 17-24-30 logo was designed by Sebastian Aird, he noted that the three dates in April 1999 were important as they are the reason for the birth of the organisation. Three separate bombs were set off by David Copland in an attempt to rile up hatred and division within different minority groups. It therefore made perfect sense to use this as the basis for the logo design.
We’ve kept our business cards quite simple, on one side our white logo on blue background, with our charity address, charity reference and generic e-mail address for enquiries. On the other side in blue writing on white background our belief statement, WordPress address and two logos – the 17-24-30 organisation logo and the No to Hate Crime logo that we use to promote the October Vigil.
A6 Double-sided Flyer
Which will be handed out in Brixton, Brick Lane and Soho this year to promote our charity as well as promoting the Vigil against Hate Crime that we organise in October. The first batch will not have the date for the next vigil on them as we are still negotiating the date, although the next batch which will be handed out during World pride will include the date.
The Tri-fold leaflet provides more detailed information about our organisation, including details about when the group was founded, why it was set up and what we do. There is an overview of our activities, with information about our volunteers, steward training, fund-raising events, merchandise and social networking profiles.
