Hate Crime Awareness Week

We hope that there will be a number of Hate Crime Awareness events taking place around the UK and invite those who are organising these events to get in contact with us so we can publicise them through our Hate Crime Awareness Week event wall. We are working on a national Hate Crime Awareness event calendar which we hope to launch shortly.

Saturday 19th October

Solidarity Vigils against Hate Crime around the UK.

Last year there were approximately 14 vigils that took place around the UK, these include Norwich, Reading, Brighton, Milton Keynes, Plymouth. In London this year it has been decided due to falling attendance numbers not to hold the London Vigil in Trafalgar Square.

Instead we would encourage as many venues across London to host their own fundraising events in aid of organisations like ourselves who are tackling hate crime and bullying.

We would suggest 17-24-30, along withGalopInclusion for All and Stop Hate UK. More details to follow shortly.
